Meet Lance
I’m Lance Pryor, a photographer, father, husband, and lifelong builder of things. I didn’t start with a camera in my hand. I started with tools, wood, and long days of work that taught me to pay attention to the little things. When I picked up a film camera, I learned to slow down even more and really see before pressing the shutter. That instinct, to notice what most people overlook, is at the heart of how I photograph.
I’m based just north of Austin, where the Hill Country keeps things simple. Out here, the light changes fast, the moments happen on their own, and that’s how I like to shoot. Whether it’s an elopement, a vineyard wedding, or portraits with the people who matter most, I want the experience to feel easy. The photos should be beautiful, but so should the day itself.
My work is shaped by the people I love, the land I live on, and a respect for things made by hand. Photography, for me, is about more than art. It’s about memory, legacy, and telling a story that feels honest to the people living it.
If you’re looking for photos that feel like you, real and full of life, I’d be honored to document your day.

“A thing that you see in my pictures is that I was not afraid to fall in love with these people.”
